Congregation sings: Ma Tovu

Ma tovu ohalecha Ya'akov mishkenotecha Yisrael (repeat)

Rabbi: " How lovely are your tents oh Jacob .. Your tabernacles Oh Yisrael"

Congregation sings: V'Shamru

"V'shamru B'nai Yisrael et ha'Shabbat la'asot et ha'Shabbat l'dorotam b'rit olam. V'nau u'vain b'nai Yisrael o'ti hi l'olam .. ki shay shayt ya'mirn asat Adonai vet hashamayim vet ha'aretz uvayom hashvi .. Shabbat vayinafash"

Congregation says: "Wherefore the Children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations for a perpetual covenant."

Shammash says: " It is a sign between Me and the Children of Israel, forever. In six days the L-rd made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested, and was refreshed."

Congregation says: " For as the new heavens and the new earth which I shall make shall remain before me, says the L-rd, so shall your seed, Yisrael, and your name, remain."

Shammash says: " And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before Me, says the L-rd."
